Intrepid

Bio: Captain Voss was one of the first to graduate from the Star Fleet Academy of the United States. His rank in the class was lower due to his slacking off on written work, but his flying and combat decision making skills were precise. He was put into the Exploration Force, and sent to be the Captain of the first Scout Vessel codenamed the "Silent Oculus." The ship could travel at near lightspeed, and had a prototype warp drive that delivered the ship to coordinates with near 95% accuracy.
